The Marine Safety Forum is an association of interested parties who work together to share safety information applicable to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a particular emphasis on its marine aspects, and to develop and share good practice. Our primary aim is to improve safety within the marine sector of the industry and we work closely with Step Change in Safety.
We issue Good Practice and Industry Guidelines via our website. They are developed by specific workgroups managed by a Steering Group which meets every six weeks. Twice a year we have an All Members Meeting in Aberdeen and once a year a Southern Sector All Members Meeting in Great Yarmouth.
We are a non-profit making organisation and rely on company membership to fund the forum. Membership is open to companies or organisations. The current annual membership fee is £200 and application may be made by completing the form below. Individuals may register separately on the home page at no cost. If you require further details or information, please do not hesitate to contact the secretary@marinesafetyforum.org
